LGB Level Gauge – Float & Board
Economical rope & float level indication for bulk storage tanks under low-pressure conditions.
LGB is economical and easy to install for liquid level indication in bulk storage tanks under low pressure conditions. FGB are widely used for oil tanks, large acid tanks where there is not much pressure (non-pressurized tanks) based on simple Rope & Float Principle.

Where the LGB float & board indicator fits — and how to choose the right build for your tank.
Large Bulk Storage Tanks
A float rides the liquid and drives a board/scale indicator at the tank side, so you read a tall tank without climbing it.
Water & DM Water Storage
Simple, power-free level indication for utility and demineralised-water tanks.
Oil & Petroleum Day Tanks
Clear float indication for fuel and oil storage at atmospheric pressure.
Large Acid Tanks
Choose PP float and fittings so only corrosion-resistant surfaces contact aggressive acids.
Non-Pressurised / Atmospheric Tanks
Best suited to open or vented tanks operating at atmospheric pressure.
Overhead & Overground Tanks
Reads level on a board at a convenient height for non-hazardous bulk storage.
Choosing the right build: LGB is an economical indicator for atmospheric / low-pressure tanks only. Liquid specific gravity ≥ 0.75; SS construction up to 150°C, or PP for corrosive media up to 80°C.
